Aayunex Healthcare is a purely merit-based employer. Every genuine Aayunex Healthcare job offer is issued strictly on the basis of qualification, experience, and interview performance — never on payment, referral fees, or "processing charges." We take recruitment fraud seriously because it damages the trust of genuine job seekers and misuses the Aayunex Healthcare name.

To help you tell a real opportunity from a scam, here is exactly how we recruit:

• All current openings are published only on our official careers page and verified job portals where we actively recruit.
• Interviews are conducted only by verified Aayunex Healthcare HR personnel or authorised in-house hiring managers — never by outsourced "placement agents" acting on commission.
• We do not appoint any third-party agent, agency, or company to advertise vacancies, conduct interviews, or extend job offers on our behalf.
• Official offer and joining letters are issued only from verified Aayunex Healthcare email domains, never from free webmail services.
• Every stage of our hiring process — application, interview, offer — is completely free of cost to the candidate.

Aayunex Healthcare does not charge or accept any registration fee, security deposit, training fee, "offer processing fee," laptop/kit deposit, or any other payment from a candidate at any point in the recruitment process — before, during, or after an interview.

Recruitment fraud usually follows a recognisable pattern. Be cautious if any of the following apply to a job offer or interview call you've received:

• 01The email comes from a free service like Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook instead of an official Aayunex Healthcare domain.
• 02You're asked for Aadhaar, PAN, bank account, or credit/debit card details before any formal offer is issued.
• 03The entire interview happens only over phone call or instant messenger, with no video or in-person round.
• 04You're asked to pay any fee — for "registration," "training kit," or to "confirm" your seat.
• 05You're sent a cheque or payment to process before or after the interview.
• 06You're pushed to complete hiring documents or visa forms carrying the Aayunex Healthcare name/logo without verification.
• 07There's constant pressure and urgency — "respond in 30 minutes or lose the offer."
• 08The offer seems unusually generous for the role, with little or no real interview process.

Before you accept, respond, or share any information, verify your offer through one of these steps:

• Do not pay any money or share OTPs, bank details, or identity documents.
• Do not click on unknown links or download attachments from unverified senders.
• Save the email, phone number, or chat screenshots as evidence.

Aayunex Healthcare accepts no liability, direct or indirect, for any loss suffered by a candidate as a result of fraudulent offers, spoofed emails, or impersonation carried out by individuals or agencies with no authorised connection to our company. Any offer, benefit, or instruction issued through such fraudulent communication does not represent Aayunex Healthcare and is not binding on us in any way.

We reserve the right to pursue legal action and work with law enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute individuals or entities found impersonating Aayunex Healthcare for recruitment fraud.
